DELIVERY & RETURNS

FURNITURE DELIVERY

• Fast turn around times are one of our core selling points and we aim to dispatch stocked items within 3 working days of the order being placed, and bespoke (made-to-measure) items within 10 working days.

• We deliver to all of mainland UK. We do not at present have the ability to deliver to Northern Ireland, Europe or further afield.

• Large furniture items are delivered by a highly reputable 2 man white glove service with the furniture carried to and assembled in a room of your choice. All packaging and rubbish will be removed and recycled where possible by the team if requested.

• Smaller furniture and kitchen items that don’t require assembly may be delivered by standard courier.

• The type of delivery for each product is specified on the product page.

• The full delivery fee is shown when you add an item to your basket. The Delivery fee varies based on the weight and size of your order, and a higher delivery charge does apply to some regions that are more remote from our workshop in Kent.

SAMPLES DELIVERY

• Samples are dispatched the day after order via a 48hr courier service anywhere in mainland UK for a flat fee of £3.

CANCELLATIONS, RETURNS AND REFUNDS

We are a small company that makes bespoke furniture. Each piece of furniture is made with great care - hopefully you will never need to return anything, but should you need to return something we have tried to make it as easy as possible. Please bear in mind that we are making bespoke products with a fast turn around time and start incurring costs very soon after the order is placed.

Cancellations:

• To make a cancellation request please send an email to hello@knotch.co.uk.

• Made-to-measure products may be cancelled within 24 hours of the order being placed and a full refund will be given.

• Any cancellations after 24hrs of the order being placed but before dispatch will be refunded subject to a 40% cancellation fee plus the cost of the delivery if that has already been scheduled.

Returns:

• Please inspect your furniture carefully upon delivery and let us know as soon as possible, but in any case within 7 days of delivery if there is any damage or the incorrect product has been supplied.

• If you wish to return the product, please email us at hello@knotch.co.uk and provide a detailed description, with photographs and/or videos of any area that is damaged/defective.

• If a product is damaged or faulty we will arrange for replacement at our expense. We are unable to offer any compensation in such cases.

• We are unable to accept returns for any made-to-measure products that have been supplied correctly in accordance with your instructions.

• Off-the-shelf items are returnable up to 30 days after purchase. We will only accept the return of goods that are undamaged, in the original undamaged packaging and in a re-sellable condition.

• The cost of returning an item is at your expense. If you require us to arrange collection, the cost of the collection will be deducted from any potential credit or refund due to you.

• We are unable to accept the return of any goods that have been partially used or fitted prior to return.
